According to I.R.I. NPC Public Relations` report, Sitting Volleyball Team is taking its final doping test in Olympic and Paralympic Academy with cooperation of NPC Paralympic medical head and WADA before being dispatched to Sitting Volleyball World Championships in America, Oklahoma.
It should be added that, before sampling and taking doping test, Dr. Bahman Zand held a training course for briefing athletes; and a pocket card of doping control was given to all athletes.
Pocket card of doping control is one of the innovations of NPC Medical Commission which includes all medicinal data, forbidden medicines and common permissive medicines comprehensively, along with telephone number and contact information for the athletes to contact, if necessary.
Iran Sitting Volleyball Team is being sent to America for these Championships from 8th to 21st July 2010.
